Information about our reservation cancellation and refund conditions
General Information
At Venezia Alaçatı Hotel, guest satisfaction is our priority. Our reservation cancellation and refund processes are conducted within the framework of the following conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation Conditions
Full refund is provided for cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date. 50% of the total amount is refunded for cancellations made 7-13 days before the check-in date. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellation conditions may vary during holidays, New Year, and special periods; conditions for these periods are specified separately during reservation.
Refund Process
You can submit your cancellation requests to [email protected] or by calling +90 532 369 44 35. Refund transactions are processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds are made using the same payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). The refund amount is calculated according to the conditions above based on the cancellation date.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorist events, and government restrictions, both parties are exempt from their obligations. Alternative date options or full refund options are offered in force majeure situations. Force majeure notifications must be made in writing.
Early Departure
In case of early departure from the planned accommodation period, no refund is provided for unused nights. We kindly ask you to inform the reception of your early departure decision as early as possible. In extraordinary circumstances, hotel management may evaluate and decide on a refund.
Late Cancellation and No-Show
In case of cancellations made on the check-in day or guest no-show, the full accommodation fee is charged. Please inform us in advance of late arrival; otherwise, room availability cannot be guaranteed. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
